First, I think you have potential

Advice
-Always, get sound effects
-When Ryu was kicking Hulk, there need to be hulks reaction to being hit
-Music volume was a little loud
-Never make a first movie like this that will be a series, I don't think people will want to see another one, try another plotline if you like the idea though.
-And this is a must: Higher Framerate, Ive never made a sprite movie so I don't know the recommended speed, but this was way to slow.

Nice work, amazingly good for not using flash, but i guess its just talking and a few drawings, which are amazing for paint.

Perfect rant about shit i hate about this place, I use the name AT God for gaming where u dont have to make accounts, IE: Counter-Strike, Call of duty, blah blah blah, but when you have to make an account, AT God is always taken, even here on goddamn newgrounds atgod is taken, the user profile doesnt have anything on it, its just a blank userpage.

What was i doin, oh ur movie.

I liked the jokes, and i liked ur stick figures, they were unique...to me at least.

If i ever get good at flash, ill animate this stuff if you want me to, but right now, your static pictures kick my ass.

I was surprised, most sprite movies suck, i am a hypocrite, mine suck, but that was really friggin good, fluid, fast-paced, good maskings, all of it. Great!

I have this game, i never would have thought of making a flash by importing from it. That was pretty neat. I made one of those when i was bored, it was 10 minutes long, and was an attempt at a james bond type thing, sadly, hard todo james bond without VOICES! Plus i didnt have the expansion pack so there werent any cool effects.

Really good since u have some ace stuff, i liked alot of the simple effects u used that people ignore, like the blurry movement thing, adds flare and doesnt take a lot of time to do.

Needed a background, deserves 10 and 5 tho.

Ill say its going for first, so far i think it should be second, Tankmen Infinity was pretty good, but because its more pico related, and NG related, and uses a more unique animating style its gonna go for first.

Great movie, you made the pico characters more realistic, now im going to think thats how they should always look, Nene should always be hot now.

The reason people are asking for why score is low, is because of what you mocked, they are bringing the score down.
